Measurement first
Confidence begins with accurate measurement.
The ReadyOS engineering team has completed accuracy validation of the 90-second Standard Scan. Comparative measurement validation against the established ECG-based NeuPT HRV system has also been completed, involving the engineering team and an independent researcher.
ReadyOS translates complex physiological information into a clear readiness interpretation designed to support clinical decision-making through three simple pathways: Train. Adjust. Protect.
This is Readiness-Based Care™ — making physiological measurement more accessible, understandable, and actionable at the point of care.

Questions
What the evidence does — and does not — say.
What does ReadyOS measure?
ReadyOS measures heart rate variability (HRV) — the changing time intervals between heartbeats — during a 90-second Standard Scan. HRV provides a window into cardiac autonomic regulation. ReadyOS translates that measurement into a readiness interpretation with three clinician-facing pathways: Train, Adjust, or Protect.
Has the ReadyOS 90-second scan been validated?
Yes. NeuPT Technologies reports that its engineering team has completed accuracy validation of the 90-second Standard Scan, and that comparative measurement validation against the established ECG-based NeuPT HRV assessment system has also been completed, involving the engineering team and an independent researcher.
Does ReadyOS diagnose conditions or predict clinical outcomes?
No. ReadyOS is designed to support physiological monitoring and clinician decision-making; it is not a diagnostic test. Whether readiness guidance predicts outcomes or improves care is a separate research question that measurement validation alone does not establish.
How does ReadyOS relate to NeuPT HRV?
NeuPT HRV is the earlier ECG-based assessment system that helped establish the clinic workflow ReadyOS evolved from. NeuPT Technologies reports training and deployment of NeuPT HRV across more than 200 physical therapy clinics; that experience belongs to the predecessor system and should not be confused with ReadyOS installations.
Did the 2023 NeuPT HRV preprint test ReadyOS?
No. The 2023 exploratory preprint by A. Christopher Wikman examined the earlier NeuPT HRV system in seven participants using 300-heartbeat recordings. It did not test ReadyOS or its 90-second Standard Scan, and it is separate from the ReadyOS comparative validation.
Does ReadyOS replace clinical judgment?
No. A clinician’s decisions still begin with symptoms, examination, patient goals, and professional judgment. ReadyOS adds objective physiological context that can be repeated with a consistent method; the clinician remains the decision-maker.
