Set up ReadyOS in three steps

Install the app and sign in

Download ReadyOS from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and sign in with the email and temporary password from your account email.

• You will be asked to choose a new password right away. The temporary one stops being needed once you do.

Connect your device

Keep your ReadyOS device close by — it arrives switched on. Open Devices in the app and select your device. Its name starts with DCR, VSM600 or ReadyOS — for example VSM600-0232847.

On a phone

Tap the Settings tab, then Devices. Your devices open in a list.

On a tablet

Tap Devices in the sidebar. Your devices are listed there.

• Connect from inside the ReadyOS app only. Pairing the device from your phone's or computer's Bluetooth settings does not work.
• The app lists only the devices assigned to your clinic. If yours is not there, contact support.
• Allow Bluetooth access when the app asks. Without it no device appears in the list.

Run your first scan

Choose or add the patient, then start the scan. A Now scan takes exactly 90 seconds. Keep the patient seated, still and breathing normally until it finishes.

• Talking and movement lower signal quality. A low-quality scan is flagged on the result.
• The readiness score and recommendation appear as soon as the scan completes.
